This site is all about helping writers to be successful. I started this site to help you to understand the sometimes confusing world of publishing and most importantly, to help you get published.
My Background
Back in 1990, I ran and operated a small press publishing company that produced about 6 titles per year. We published various topics in fiction and non-fiction.
During that time we had a simple criteria for choosing writers to work with. A new writer had to be marketable, well written, and display a passion for their area of expertise. The writer also had to be willing to work really hard at marketing their book because most book sales come from the author’s marketing efforts.
